Malas for Tatas offers a jewelry warranty of 90-days. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, Malas for Tatas will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect. Please email a photo of your piece to email@example.com within that time period.
Also, upon requesting a one-time exchange or replacement, provide us with either your order Confirmation Number (for orders placed online) or Invoice Number (for orders placed via phone or walk-in) and which item you wish to return to firstname.lastname@example.org
Then, we will send you an entirely new piece. Please note that it may take up to 10-14 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.
